Swansea, Murton, Thursday. 2 Classes only. 6.30-7.30 (9yrs & U), 7.30-8.30 (10yrs & above)
Newport, Thursday. 1 class only. 6-7pm.
Chepstow, Friday. No change. Usual class times.
Cardiff YMCA, Sunday. 1 class only. 10.30-11.30am.
Bridgend Rec, Sunday. 1 class only. 10.30-11.30am.
Swansea, Olchfa, Tuesday. No change. Usual class times.
Cardiff, Bro Edern, Tuesday. 1 class only. 6.30-7.30pm.
All clubs will revert to normal training times after the summer holidays.
